White Pepper

Pepper is a commodity that is permitted for export from Vietnam. Under current regulations, pepper is not included in the list of goods prohibited from export or subject to an export license. Therefore, exporters are not required to obtain an export permit before carrying out customs procedures.

However, depending on the importing country's regulations, exporters may be required to obtain a Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, or comply with food safety and quality standards before shipment.

Under Vietnam's current export tariff schedule: Export duty: 0%

Value Added Tax (VAT): 0% for exported goods, provided the applicable conditions under Vietnamese tax regulations are satisfied.
